Reassurance For You

By giving you a great day of support – in whatever way that might be – we know this will mean your carers have a good day as well.

Our teams are always happy to speak with your carer(s) if you want them to – and, since we began – we have built a great wider circle of support, working with other organisations, like Lloyds Pharmacy, who can offer additional advice when we might not be able to.

We will always promote your freedom to have choice – but, as well as this – we do like to tell your family or those who care for you, just what we do.

All our services:

  • Send a newsletter to carers four times a year
  • Hold a ‘service meeting’ once a month. This meeting is led by a person we support, or their carer – and not a member of staff
  • Have two open days a year. This means carers can pop by and see what you do
  • You, your family and friends can find out more about Buckinghamshire Care by signing-up to our e-newsletter

And don’t just take our word for it…
A good day for you will also mean a good day for your carer. Our Back2Base team supported Karen into work. Not only has it made a massive difference to her life, but it makes her dad – Colin – happy as well.
